A team of exceptionally giving professional women dedicate time, money and resources to help Emerge Scholarships empower women through education. From "friend-raising" – increasing awareness of the organization throughout the business and philanthropic communities, to "fund-raising" – soliciting donations from corporations, individuals and foundations, and from marketing and event planning, this team of women work together to carry out the Emerge mission. Directors are also responsible for ensuring the appropriate governance and administration of the organization according to the bylaws.
